History

Most is unknown, there was no written history in this culture for many years. Most of the history Üpoaw have is from Aubtay, their religion. Bones dug up suggest Upoaw used to only walk on all fours, though it is heavily debated.

In more recent history, Aubta became an elective monarchy after a major civil war between the states. They then formed the current-day districts. The current calendar started when the first Monarch was elected, which means the current year would be around 1100. Everything before then (the civil war, for example) would be "[Number]EF" meaning "edhldh fzhzhb" (war before, "before war").
